Adding sponsors

Why add sponsors

Sponsor banners let you thank local businesses and supporters directly on your stream. They appear on the overlay alongside your scoreboard — clean, consistent, and professional. Sponsors are a Pro feature.

Add a sponsor

  1. Open your scoreboard settings and go to Sponsors.
  2. Add a sponsor with:
    • Logo — PNG with a transparent background works best
    • Business name — How they want to appear on stream
    • Short message (optional) — Keep it to a few words, e.g., "Proud sponsor of the Eagles"
  3. Choose a placement:
    • Corner logo — Small, always visible, doesn't distract from the game
    • Banner strip — Thin row along the bottom edge
    • Next to scoreboard — "Scoreboard presented by..." style
  4. Preview it on your stream to confirm it's readable and not covering the action.

Multiple sponsors

If you have several sponsors, enable rotation so they cycle automatically:

  • Set a rotation speed of 20-30 seconds per sponsor
  • Each sponsor gets equal screen time without you managing anything during the game

What to ask sponsors for

Send this to your sponsors so they give you the right assets:

  • Logo file — PNG preferred (transparent background)
  • Business name — Exact spelling they want displayed
  • Short message (optional) — 3-6 words max

Ask for a simplified version of their logo if the original has small text or fine details — those won't be readable on a stream.
